Kunsten Summer Lounge feat. Aksglæde
Every Wednesday throughout the summer Kunsten will be dazzling with the best events in the Sculpture Park. This time Summer Lounge will be hosting the Copenhagen quartet and darling of P6 radio, Aksglæde.
Join the throng, the good vibes in the park and the sounds from the stage, where Aksglæde will be entertaining with lyrical and poetic music, light and funky pop-rock, the famous “Lille Tårbæktøs” as well as “Fantomfølelser” and other numbers from the debut album, Aksglæde.
In Kunsten’s Summer Lounge a new DJ, musician or artist will be providing entertainment every week.
Food trucks will roll into the park and whip up your favourite dishes. In our outdoor Kunst-Lab, different artists will introduce you to materials and tasks and invite you to create something unique.
An entirely new combination of music, food and workshop. Lanterns and torches will light up the park. And the bar will be open. Need we say more!
Take your friends or family with you, recline on your blanket or on our lounge furniture and tune into one of the best Danish summer evenings in Aalborg’s best surroundings.
Come rain or shine - Kunsten Summer Lounge will be held in both blazing sunshine and pouring rain. If it rains, the event will be moved under cover.
Practical information
- Access to the park is free when the price of admission to museum is paid. The event is free for members of Klub Utzon + Utzon.
- We ask that our guests support our café and food trucks, which is why guests are not allowed to bring their own food and drink to the events.
- DJ and food trucks from 16.00.
- Kunst-Lab from 17.00-20.00
- Concert starts app. 19.30
